Center for Affordable Water & Sanitation Technology (CAWST) - CAWST is a Canadian NGO that focuses on acting as a center of expertise in water and sanitation. Its website contains information on HWTS training events, fact sheet and other resources.

CDC/Safewater - CDC's Safe Water System allows individuals to treat and store water in their homes using simple and inexpensive technologies.

Environmental Health at USAID Project - This webapge, though no longer updated, contains links to USAID sponsored HWTS publications, annotated bibliographies and other resources.

Massachusetts Institute of Technology/WASH -  MIT/WASH students conduct HWTS research and publish HWTS theses. The website also contains links to other HWTS organizations and resources.

Proctor & Gamble Safe Drinking Water - Provides information on the PUR Purifier of Water which is a small sachet of powdered ingredients that make contaminated water potable through coagulation and disinfection.

SODIS: Solar water disinfection - This website contains research and country reports and training materials on solar water disinfection.

USAID Hygiene Improvement Project (HIP) - Though no longer updated, the HIP website contains sections HWTS fact sheets, an E-conference and other resources.

WHO HWTS Network -  The WHO HWTS Network holds meetings for network members and publishes a newsletter of member activities and research.
